Synopsis

A sheltered princess from the north is handed over as a bride to the dragon-riding warlord who commands the feared Blackclaw horde. Her homeland is dying, and this forced marriage may be the only bargain that keeps her people alive. What starts as a cold transaction between enemies slowly turns into something neither of them planned, as loyalty, desire, and survival begin pulling in the same direction. She has to work out whether giving herself to the man who bought her is the deepest betrayal of her blood or the one move that can save everyone she loves.
